3EA organized a session on “Optimizing Resources for Efficiency: Innovative Strategies and Tools” in association with TiE, Luckow. The event held on 22nd December 2018 was well attended by over 50 MSME owners and managers of the city. The first session by Dr. Vibhor Mishra – CEO, of 3EA, aimed to highlight the importance of strategic resource optimization to remain competitive and improve the overall profitability of businesses.
Innovative tools in Human Resource Management and Marketing that can help organizations improve their efficiency were presented in the second session by Ms. Garima Saxena and Ms. Urvashi Mishra from the advisory team of 3EA.
The session also entailed the importance of maintaining and collecting data and how data analytics can transform the future of the business world, especially for SMEs. the entire session was an eye-opener for the participants from across the SMEs in Lucknow.
