It’s been 7 months, working as a Business Analyst at 3EA & I ought to admit that the journey has been a roller-coaster ride. With lots of exhilarating challenges & opportunities coming my way, I grew both, personally & professionally.

3EA has helped me to discover a new me with abilities I wasn’t even aware of. It is a perfect place for innovative minds & performers. I am regularly provided with platforms which gives me a splendid opportunity to impart as well as imbibe knowledge blending perfectly with our motto which says, “Knowledge is the new currency.” Who wouldn’t want a culture like it is in here.

The Learning Curve

I am really grateful to 3EA for the enriching & insightful experiences. I learnt about diverse industries and their functioning along with the management acuities including PEST Analysis, SWOT Analysis, BCG Matrix, Porter’s Five Forces etc.

We have been taught about Business Plan & Strategy, Marketing, Business Intelligence & Business Analytics, HRM & Finance to understand the business scenario better. From framing a blue-print of any business unit to practically setting up a factory, I can do it all by now.

The learning curve has been streamlined as I got to learn about Business Management on one hand & about Business Analytics on the other. I have more knowledge & adeptness of data cleaning/ preparing/ analyzing, making dashboards on Excel which is a viable skill in the present times. I also got the chance to work on SQL Server Report Service (Report Builder) to prepare employee reports for two of our major clients. I was given the opportunity of brushing my skills in working on IBM SPSS 20 & R Programme.I got to learn about a lot many visualization tools like Tableau & PowerBI.

The best thing about this place is that your conscientiousness never goes unnoticed & if you’re a consistent performer, you will certainly be appraised. Some of the many things that I learnt here are mentioned below.
