Social Sector, NGO and Micro-finance- Associate Consultant

Job Objective:

To be responsible for client acquisition and client relationship management for 3EA in the industry and also implement strategies to increase the customer reach of 3EA.

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key employees among customers and assist internal team for client acquisition
  • Take initiative to establish and maintaining long term relationships with key consumers, potential consumers, and key strategic partners within the business’s market
  • Spearhead the department’s strategy development initiatives, ensuring that they remain consistent with the business’s overall strategy
  • Explore new sources of revenue generations i.e. business expansions through market penetration
  • Play a major role in leading, designing, and implementing the business’s development activities and corporate branding in order to increase revenue and gross profit
  • Conducting business analysis, performance analysis, competitive analysis and also track and review actual lead results, weighting them against the set targets and business KPIs
  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes and ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure customer satisfaction standards are maintained
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Follow revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs
  • Review and update Management Information System periodically

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree with a master’s degree i.e. MBA in marketing from a premier business institute. This individual will have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressively greater experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development of a company in Social Sector, NGO & Micro-finance industry. The candidate needs to have strong experiential knowledge on Client Acquisition and Client Relationship Management for meeting business expansion targets. In addition, the candidate will be a charismatic and creative leader who has demonstrated success in being the leader of handling key client accounts.
