Modern Trade and Retail- Associate Consultant

Job Objective:

To be responsible for client acquisition and client relationship management for 3EA in the industry and also implement strategies to increase the customer reach of 3EA.

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key employees among customers and assist internal team for client acquisition
  • Take initiative to establish and maintaining long term relationships with key consumers, potential consumers, and key strategic partners within the business’s market
  • Spearhead the department’s strategy development initiatives, ensuring that they remain consistent with the business’s overall strategy
  • Explore new sources of revenue generations i.e. business expansions through market penetration
  • Play a major role in leading, designing, and implementing the business’s development activities and corporate branding in order to increase revenue and gross profit
  • Conducting business analysis, performance analysis, competitive analysis and also track and review actual lead results, weighting them against the set targets and business KPIs
  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes and ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure customer satisfaction standards are maintained
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Follow revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs
  • Review and update Management Information System periodically

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree with a master’s degree i.e. MBA in marketing from a premier business institute. This individual will have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressively greater experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development of a company in Modern Trade and Retail industry. The candidate needs to have strong experiential knowledge on Client Acquisition and Client Relationship Management for meeting business expansion targets. In addition, the candidate will be a charismatic and creative leader who has demonstrated success in being the leader of handling key client accounts.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal/relationship building; and planning and project management
