Manager-Corporate HR

Job Objective

To be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for the employees of 3EA.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings in appropriate venues
  • Manage induction process for all the selected job applicants
  • Coordinate for leave and attendance management of all the employees
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program and ensure timely delivery of salary
  • Coordinate and assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics in HRMS
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management /li>


Qualifications and Education Requirements

The candidate should have MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent with additional certification is preferred. The candidate should have skills in people management and promote corporate values to enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.


Preferred Skills

  • Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent leadership, listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
